At Red Letters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion finds aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email. Download and print it to prepare your package.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and securely tape the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your drop-off receipt to track your return progress back to our warehouse.
